Dragonriders in the Ice
Six riders, called back across the centuries, to judge the gods of a frozen world.
The war between the gods is over. Two soldiers ended it, and the price was the whole world. Palegain lies under ice.
Su'Reta, goddess of union and the only god still standing clean, reaches back through time for six dragonriders and gives them one task: judge the gods, pair by pair, and decide which of them deserve to remain.
They cross the frozen wastes to gather what they need to bring the gods to trial.

Spoon and Pot
Just a ladle and a stew pot.
They marched out of Evintha twelve abreast, in Su'Reta's green, and the sergeant laughed them down the line. The kitchen, he called them. A ladle and a stew pot.
Specialist Spoon and Private Pot are enlisted soldiers in a war between gods. They feed whoever sits down at their fire, god or soldier alike, and they love each other more than they love the war. When the war starts eating the world, the two of them go looking for a way to end it.
They find one. It is not what their goddess wanted.
